Colour wasn't such a strong statement as the palette seen in Milan, with soft greys, inky blues and the palest tinted pastels becoming the season's new neutrals. Travel and escapism looks set to be the key influence driving next summer's menswear trends, as designers looked to the simplicity of ethnic costume and the shores of North Africa for inspiration.
