七十四年前的今天，他永远的离开了我们，却给人类留下了非常宝贵的精神财富。

我崇拜他，也很感激他，他的诗篇征服了我的心，我喜欢上诗，喜欢上了写诗。

自从我第一次读到他的诗，我就感觉他活着，一直活着，在我的心里。

今天是他的祭日，附一首他自己的诗《When you are old》作为缅怀吧！

When you are old

When you are old and grey and full of sleep,

And nodding by the fire, take down this book,

And slowly read, and dream of the soft look

Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;

How many loved your moments of glad grace,

And loved your beauty with love false or true,

But one man loved the pilgrim Soul in you,

And loved the sorrows of your changing face;

And bending down beside the glowing bars,
