However, the people, wanting to have a child, have rights to be the parents, these people are required to satisfy some qualifications. In brief, the parents should have a qualified licensure.

    Attaining twenty-one or lawful age is the prerequisite. Adult parents have a mature physical to bear a healthy child. People’s age and experience can affect their judgments. Adult parents have more capable of distinguishing. Adult parents understand their selves needs deeply and have responsibilities for their options. Adult parents neither make a decision easily nor give up quickly.

    Getting married has required as another requirement. A normal family can provide a good home environment. A Child needs a happy home environment for their healthy growth. An unhappy home environment can affect a child’s behavior. Single-parent families cannot afford father and mother love simultaneously. The difficulties or lack of parents love will increase crime rate.

    Self-supporting, not supporting by social welfare, is demanded as a necessary factor. To survive is a basic requirement, the children also have a chance for liberty, education and the pursuit of happiness. A sound economic base can support the children chasing their dreams without the worries behind. A strong economic fundamental can give the children a chance for a good academic environment and afford the expensive tuition.
