叶轮口环的磨损过程

    叶轮小装到泵轴上之后,其口环存在径向跳动;泵体口环孔也存在径向跳动。叶轮转动一周,会在转到某一角度时,局部出现口环径向间隙的最大间隙或最小间隙。
  转动的泵轴会弯曲变形,产生最大挠度。
  这种径向跳动与最大挠度叠加后,口环的径向间隙b 便有局部的动态最大间隙bmax 和最小间隙bmin 。同样,口环的密封表面也会被固体颗粒挤压、刮削出沟槽。
  然而,如果材料相同,由于口环的间隙不会象平衡盘那样出现"脉动"和固体颗粒"强登陆现象",所以,口环的磨损程度明显小于平衡盘 。这时,口环的磨损与平衡盘相比,不是主要矛盾。
  但是,应当注意,在取消平衡盘的多级泵中,口环的磨损将上升为主要矛盾,须认真对待。
