Being put in complecated situation, sandwiched between the boss and high level management, hard to imagine how can survive.  You have no idea what you said bothers, sometimes being silent is gold. Must be fair, upright, company interest first, otherwise, you will die soon.

One of my dearest classmate, is a monther of 9-month old, she was my worshipey example for learning, who got high scores at school. But, after her becoming a mother, a problem i found for her was her weakening listening ability, which was excellent before.

Lots of minds inside, about the new organization of the group. It's conflict between chinese and western cultures(shit, what a stereotype topic!), between the stereotype and revolution, the arrogance and indignity..Should I raise my voice?  or just shut up?
