今年四月下旬到四川的藏区草原，美丽的草原景色吸引人眼球。但最让人眼前一亮的是草原上那一座座崭新的牧民新村。
      去过几次四川的红原草原和若尔盖草原。过去在草原上见得最多的是散落在草原各地的黑色的帐篷和游牧的牧民。长久以来，无论严寒的冬天或者酷热的夏天，草原上的牧民成年累月都居住在条件简陋的帐蓬里，生活难以改善。如今，政府投入巨资在藏区实施牧民定居点工程，在草原上修建起了一座座崭新的牧民新村。牧民搬进新修建的永久性住房居住，生活得到翻天覆地的变化。这项藏区重要民生工程受到牧民的欢迎。这次路过红原县日西村牧民定居点，我拍下了日西村牧民定居点的新貌和牧民那一张张透露出幸福的笑脸。
