位於梅州兴宁合水镇的合水水库中央，有一个小小的猴岛，上面放养有50多只猴子，由于常年和游客接触，根本不把人类放在眼里，快猴胆包天了！死皮赖脸围着游客索要食物，稍不注意，它们还会抢走游客携带的红色袋子，飞快的爬上树，然后心安理得的找找有什么可吃的东西，其他东西便随手扔了，管你是保温瓶还是其他贵重的东西。若是有游客对它们显得不友好，猴王一声啸鸣，更有大批的孙猴子闻声而来，猴视眈眈准备对该游客发起围攻！怪不得刚登岛便看到管理方给游客准备的大批打猴棍，几乎人手一根啵……
