这三个短语都表示“使某事被做、请别人做某事”的意思。其中done是过去分词，作宾语补足语。过去分词作宾语补足语，有被动的含义。

In cold weather, it's hard to get the car started. 在寒冷的天气里，车子很难发动。

Let's get this work done,then we can go out.我们先把这工作做完，就可以出去了。

I'm going to get my hair cut.我要去理发。

You should have your eyes tested.你应该检查一下眼睛。

另外，make\have同let一样，可用作使役动词，构成 let \ make \ have sb.do sth.（使、让某人做某事）的句型。其中的 do sth 作宾语补足语。但被动语态时，不能省略to.

The boss made his employees work day and night.这个老板强迫雇员日日夜夜地干活。

The employees were made to work day and night.雇员们被迫日日夜夜地干活。（被动语态）

Don't have the dog run here and there.不要让狗到处乱跑。

Let him go.让他去吧。

但是，get sb.to do sth.(使、劝某人做某事)的句型中，to do sth.作宾语补足语，to不能省略.

I got him to agree to the plan.我使他同意了这个计划。

I can't get him to agree with me.我无法使他赞同我。
