世界最佳酒庄餐厅20强

    美食界常常将酒与菜肴的搭配作为一个高深的主题进行研究。

    越来越多的葡萄酒达人都希望深层次地玩转酒庄，如果能将酒庄与美味佳肴结合起来，去真正体会两者间创造出来的美味，成了他们的终极目标。

    在日前公布的2013年世界最佳【酒庄餐厅】二十强榜单中，克拉吉庄园（Craggy Range）的Terróir 餐厅无疑是目前最养眼的新西兰酒庄餐厅！

    据nzherald消息，全球拥有五百多万吃货粉的Daily Meal网媒，最近公布了一份世界最佳【酒庄餐厅】二十强榜单（20 Best Winery Restaurants），位于霍克斯湾的克拉吉庄园的Terróir 餐厅成为唯一一间榜上有名的新西兰餐厅。

    Daily Meal大赛评委阵容可谓豪华，特邀美国食品和葡萄酒作家，葡萄酒专家，侍酒师和博客大师们，评分主要根据每家餐厅的佳肴、美酒、以及酒庄经验、风格与服务。

    他们不仅对餐厅的葡萄酒进行评估，另外还从葡萄酒与菜搭配是否合适，餐厅的室内设计、氛围，服务技能和效率方面进行评估。

    评委参考米其林指南（Michelin Guide）以及其他美食资源，投票选举出他们认为最独特的餐厅，经过了长达三个月的提名和评选后，终于有了这份最终榜单。

    克拉吉庄园的餐厅在榜单上排名第十四，该餐厅的营销经理Sandi Boyden称自家餐厅乃新起之秀：”这类奖项一般是颁发给那些老字号的酒庄餐厅，我们能获此殊荣，真是太开心了，这对我们也意义重大。” 这是克拉吉庄园餐厅第一次获得国际赞誉。

    Dai Meal对生产葡萄酒的67个国家进行评选，二十强榜单中的餐厅主要是来自11个国家：阿根廷，澳大利亚，奥地利，加拿大，法国，意大利，新西兰，葡萄牙，南非，西班牙和美国。美国有六家餐厅榜上有名。
