　　Somewhere in this world, there must be grown-ups. Fully-fledged adults with sensible heads and mature attitudes. Folk who would never act on some wild assumption or let petty prejudice warp their understanding. They must exist. Mustn't they? Many timid types comfort themselves by imagining such characters. Many self-aggrandising individuals are happy to act the part for them. But this week, one person's air of authority is not a reason to believe their every word. Nor will you get what you want just by being assertive. But if you really try to be wise, you'll find you're more powerful than you know.

　　有时候，往往OK的事情还是会有不尽如人意的地方。我们的脑海里总会有不真实的期望，我们认为每件事都必须完美无缺，如若不是，我们就会质疑自己一定哪里做错了。但是我们本来就生活在一个并非完美无缺的星球，没有任何人、没有一件事是绝对正确的。最终真正重要的不是你如何使事情正确，而是你怎样接受生活中总有那么点小错误的事实。对于当前面临的困境，你已尽你所能。不要害怕，这就已经很好了，更何况你理应得到一个好的结果。

　　A combination of seemingly serendipitous circumstances are inviting you to take what looks like the easy option. You can see the potential benefit in this but you are full of misgivings. In your experience, easy equals unsatisfactory. It can be short-sighted or even dangerous to go just where the wind seems to be blowing you. Why, if that's all that's needed, do you have a compass, a map and a steering wheel? The answer is because sometimes, you DO need to be very particular, precise and perverse. But not this week. In your life at least, for now if not forever, the straightforward answer really is the right one.

　　Each time you turn the steering wheel to the left, the vehicle turns right. Is this a problem? Not if the fault is consistent, and it turns out that clockwise pressure on the wheel reliably produces a swing to the left. You can learn to compensate for such an idiosyncrasy with a little logic and discipline. Things may seem to be out of control this week, but really all you need do is apply your ingenuity and identify a different technique. If the obvious doesn't work, try the obscure. But keep trying. Something which sounds ridiculous has the potential to be of enormous help. And something that seems counter-intuitive may well prove perfect.

　　Hold a conversation. Start a process of negotiation. Let it be known that you want something and that you are willing to bargain. Then wait to see who offers what. Whether you have a commercial transaction to attend to or a more personal, emotional exchange to make, there's a way now, to make positive progress. It involves, though, putting at least one of your cards on the table. If you can be prepared to ask yourself a searching question and give yourself an honest answer, and brave enough to reveal a little vulnerability or uncertainty, you will yet find you have more power to change more things than you think!
