布克•华盛顿（Booker Taliaferro Washington，1856年4月5日－1915年11月14日）是美国政治家、教育家和作家。他是1890年到1915年之间美国黑人历史上的重要人物之一。华盛顿出生于维吉尼亚州富兰克林县，其父亲是白人奴隶主，母亲是黑奴。他在体力劳动工作学会读和写。在十六岁时，他来到弗吉尼亚汉普顿的师范和农业学院（现在的汉普顿大学）接受教师培训。1881年创办第一所黑人师范学校－塔斯基吉师范学校（Tuskegee University），并成为该校校长，华盛顿成功地使之成为著名的学校。。在1896年和1901年，他分别获哈佛大学和达特茅斯学院授予的名誉文学硕士学位和名誉博士学位。
