晓晓告诉我老年人怎样治疗腰酸痛

晓晓是我的孙女，

Xiao xiao is my granddaughter,

她今年九岁，

She is nine years old,

星期天她总是到我家来。

She come to my home on Sunday.

她和她爷爷最亲热，

She is most affection are with her grandfather.

她总会和爷爷挤在一起看书或玩耍。

She always read or play together with her grandfather.

那天他们看手机上的视频，

They watched mobile videos the other day,

过一会，晓晓走到我面前，

After a while,Xiao xiao come up to me,

她说；奶奶我教你治疗老年人的腰酸痛。

She said; Grandma,I teach you to treat old people with treatment of lumbago.

先把两只手擦热，

Heat your two hands first,

再用双手把两个腰背擦热。

And heat two waist and back with hands.

再用右手擦左脚底，

And apply your left foot with your right hand,

再用左手擦右脚底。

And apply your right foot with your left hand.

每天睡觉前都要按摩。

Massage everyday before you go to bed.

然后睡觉就把两个脚底合起来。

Then go to bed and close the soles of your feet.

她说完就躺在我床上，

She finished just lie down on my bed,

做了个脚底合起来的动作。

And put herself feet together.

后来我马上去问了她爷爷，

And then I immediately went to ask her grandfather,

也看了视频。

她说得真对，

She is right.

而且,那医生老师是用双手做动作的，

Besides, the doctor teacher moves his hands,

她已经全部理解了，

她能用双脚来示范。

现在年代进步了，

小孩子确实容易变聪明。

Kids are really getting smarter.
