                  走马看花住房交易会 

     无人知    2014.8.28.    随笔系列 

     I bought my house over ten years ago,  At that time I wanted only enough sunshine, there north and south ventilation, Who cares about the height of floor. 

   我家十几年前买的房子，那个时候只想阳光灿烂、南北通风，谁去管它楼层的高度。

 But now I feel taking the stairs is tiring, I want replace the house wich one with elevator.A few days ago,there was a housing fair in the city’s stadium, we went  there to browse around.

 可是现在觉得好像走楼梯有点累，是想置换一套有电梯的房子，就在前几天市里的体育场召开了住房交易会，我们就去观光了。  

 There was not too many visitors at the Housing Trade Fair,but there were many participating real estate developers,When we entered the venue,all sales managers swarmed. 

    住房交易会场参观人员也不算太多，参加的开发公司到是比较多的，我们一进入会场，销售经理们是一拥而上。 

 At the veue,there were very loud speakers,Sales managers loudly screamed;“aunt,uncle”,and they bowed to us and seated us down. 

 会场上喇叭很响，销售经理们大声地叫喊；“阿姨、叔叔”, 又是鞠躬又是让座。

 With the car we went to see a house showing,Car to get there and see the very very much high-rise building. 

 我们随着看房车去看了一家房子,车到了那里，看到了非常非常多的高楼。

 I really admire developers business,A medium-size city can sell so many tall buildings? 

 我真的很佩服开发商，一个中等城市能卖掉这么多高楼？

 Sales managers sales language is from a teacher education;“Quickly shot such a good house soon grab over!”  

  销售经理们的销售语言是出自一个老师的教育模式;“赶快出手这样的好房子马上就要抢完了！”

  One look at the tenant says;“There are complaints on your company network,The original aisle converted into siabs of grante”.  

 有位看房客说；“网络上有投诉你们公司，把原先过道上的花岗岩变换成地砖了”。

  One saleslady opened the door and said leisurely;”This situation is normal,anyway,there’s little difference as tiles can be walked on just the same.” 

 开房门的售楼小姐笃悠悠地说；“现在这种情况很正常，反正地砖也是一样的可以走，区别不大的。”

 A few decades ago,you can not see these blocks of high-rise building,Now skyscrapers are everywheae,Perhaps in the near future,country workers who come into city to work can live in new affordable house.This is certainly not a dream!     

 几十年以前是看不到几幢高楼，现在是高楼林立，或许不久的将来，会让进城的务工人员廉价住进新房子，这肯定不是梦想！

 We are a nation who can  create mirales. the myth of a nation! 

 我们是个会创造神话的民族！
