何园又称寄啸山庄，建于清光绪年间，是晚清园林建筑代表作，被称为晚清第一园。

   He Garden, built in late Qing Dynasty,

   during the Emperor Guangxu's reign,

   was called No.1 Garden of the late Qing Dynasty,

   a masterpiece of Chinese Garden, a mountain resort in downtown.

  个园为中国四大名园之一（北京颐和园、承德避暑山庄、苏州拙政园），

  建于清嘉庆年间，是当时两淮盐业商总黄至筠的私人园林。

  园内多种竹，园主人又特别爱竹，认为竹本固、心虚、体直、节贞，有君子之风。

  竹叶形状类似“个”字，故取名“个园”。

  Ge Garden is one of the four famouse Chinese Gardens in China

  (summer palaces in Beijing and Chengde, humbler's garden in Suzhou).

  It was built during the Emperor Jiaqing's reign of the Qing Dynasty,

  a private garden of the business chief for the salt industry in the area.

  There are many types of bamboo in the garden, and a saying for the

  name of the garden is the bamboo leave's shape quite similar to the

  Chinese character "个" Ge.
