突然想起有这么一首老歌，曾经在二战时期风靡一时并倾倒双方阵营的官兵，

包括沙漠之狐Erwin Rommel.

据知（知识有限），中外古今，迄今为止，

除此之外还没有一首歌曲能够如此打动“敌我双方”阵营官兵的心灵，

是歌手的个人魅力，还是歌曲的优美旋律？

都不是，或许是特殊年代人们对和平和温馨生活的向往和憧憬吧...

庆幸自己生活在和平年代...

All of sudden, I recall this old song, so popular and favoured by

soldiers and commanders of both sides, even including the famous

Commander Erwin Rommel during the Second World War.

So far till now, in the history of mankind, with my limited knowledge I know

there is not a song with such effect.

Is it because of the charm of the singer or the tune of the song?

It seems none to me.

Maybe it is just a good expression of the wish of people (soldiers and commanders)

for peace and normal happy life at that particular time ...

I feel so lucky living in this peaceful world...
