2002年市政府重建中山公园。

拆除市机关大楼和商业用房（第一副食品商店等），

将原中山公园与江苏学政衙署遗址合二为一，

以现代手法展现历史文脉。

是小城街心公园之一，也是政府惠民工程之一。

（小城内所有公园均对公众免费开放）

“幸福江阴，和谐江阴”落到了实处。

In 2002, Jiangyin Municipality decided to rebuilt Zhongshan Park.

Government office building and commercial houses (like No.1 non-staple

foodstuff shop, etc.) were dismantled. Combining the ruins of ancient

Jiangsu Education Administration dated back to Song Dynasty and

the original Zhongshan Park, it exhibits history in a modern artistic way.

It is a downtown park and also one of the beneficial projects for citizen

in Jiangyin by the government. (All parks are free for entrance in the city).

Really a good example of“Happy Jiangyin & Harmonious Jiangyin”

孙中山先生纪念塔始建于民国十四年十月（1925年），为纪念孙中山先生逝世。

由南菁、励实两校学生会捐建。民国二十五年（1936年）重修。

Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Memorial Tower was initially built in October, Republic

Year 14 (1925) in memory of his pass away, donated by the Student

Union of the two schools of Nanjing and Lishi and was rebuilt in the

Republic Year 25 (1936).

公园内有许多雕塑，但均有强光照射，还没有学会如何拍摄。等学会后再登。

There are a lot of sculptures in the park but all under bright light.

So far I do not know how to take photos for such situation and will put

them on when I learn how to do it in the future.
