不过，今天（10月24日）刘强东特意发微博澄清此事，刘强东在微博写道：”最近在国外出差不停会议，周日休息才知道我的一篇朋友圈这几天引发了大家的讨论。既然被大家围观了，我想还是有必要和大家说几句：1.这段话是我对我朋友圈好友说的，朋友圈是私密的场景，不是对广大网友甚至也不是对京东员工。2.事情是缘于当天一次私人聚会中有人无视我的善意提醒，多次在我面前不以名姓称呼我的妻子。因此聚会结束后发了一条朋友圈表达了不满也是希望朋友以后能够改变。3.我希望每个人在私密环境下的言论都能够不被随意扩散！打扰大家，非常遗憾！“
