The food appealing
to me most is Sushi, which is the original Japanese food enjoying
great popularity all over the world. Sushi are small riceballs
covered with a variety of seafoods, usually seaweed, fish eggs, and
slices of raw fish.Due to its characteristic of low calory, sushi
takes girls fancy most. High quality sushi rice and fresh seafood
make sushi more tasty. Some sushi has noris while some doesn't.
Fish eaten raw should be fresher and higher quality than food that
is cooked. So most of the professional sushi chefs can recognize
good fish. There are a lot of Japanese cuisine restaurants offering
sushi and sashimi in Beijing. So I usually go to hit those places
with my friends. Light food is my cup of tea. If one also hates
fried or steamed food that is too heavy, sushi is really a good
choice.
