一个团队成员必须具备的几项品质：
1.个人价值观-他们的价值观是与团队领导、团队和公司的价值观是相符的。
Personal values-they are aligned to the team leader、the team and
the company culture.

2.独立自主-他们不需要被严加管理，只需要给他们正确的引导和点拨。
Self-reliant --they don't need to be closely managed,rather they
can be led,guided or pointd in the right derrection.

3.自我反省-他们具备总结经验教训的能力。
Self-reflection--they have the ability to learn from their experiences.

4.责任义务-对团队和自己的任务负责，在截止期限内完成任务。
Commitment--to team, their tasks and deadline.

5.综合技能--他们在性格和技能方面具备的能力可以从整体上增强团队实力，为团队提供支持。
Skillsets--they bring something to the team in terms of personality and skill
that supplenments and supports the team as a whole.

6.个人风格--他们具备适应能力，因此他们能够胜任各种可能出现的新角色（能独立做事，能与团队协作，等等）
Personal styles--they are adaptable, thus enabling them to fill varying roles
that may arise(able to work alone,with the team etc.)

7.个人潜力--他们具备在团队中发展的潜力，甚至是将来在团队之外抓住机遇发展得潜能。
Potential --they have the potential to progress within the team and in the future
even to other opportunities outside the team.
