Let’s act
——四年级“读者剧场”式英语课
赏心悦耳目的音乐课听完,带着愉悦的心情再听一节英语课,没想是有更大的愉悦、惊喜在等着。
开课的是我们班的小家伙们。这一节课下来,又对他们惊叹不少。小学四年级已经是全英教学,小家伙们个个英语都很溜,更重要的是,用英语听课、回答、交流,还用英语表演!坐在旁边的女老师很开心,不停夸奖还是新老师的任课老师,孩子们的表现,更是不断引来欢笑、赞叹和掌声。是我们班的小家伙们啊!我不禁也自豪起来!哈哈~
时间:10:10——11:00

一、Warming--up
1、复习句型“--What time is it? --It’s ......(time)”
(出示几幅时钟图片)
T:What time is it?
张子菡:It’s seven twenty.
王宇森:What time is it?
陈之安:It’s twelve o’clock.
王逸哲:It’s four ten.
2、练习句型“It’s ....It’s time to......”
(逐张出示时钟和活动图片)
T:what do you do?
陈之安:I have English lesson.
肖蓁:It’s ten o’clock , It’s time to have our English lesson.
T:Who can have a try?
单奕超:It’s twelve o’clock in the morning, It’s time to have lunch.
T:last one, Who try?
刘昕悦:It’s four ten in the afternoon,It’s time to go home.
T:This is time table,read after me: time table.
S: time table.
T:Let’s read togeter:
S:It’s ten o’clock in the morning, It’s time to have our English lesson.

二、Presentation
1、初步感知故事情节
T: It’s ten fifteen,It’s time to enjoy a funny story.Watch the whole story and answer two questions:
1.In the story, _________________ is clever. __________ is silly.
2. At last, the cat _____(can, can’t) catch the baby birds.
T:What’s the silly mean?
胡索瑞:有点笨
T:Great.愚笨的。
(播放动画故事。S一边看,一边跟着录音读起来。)
T:Who can answer the questions?
沈卓尔:In the story, the mother bird is clever. The cat is silly.
T:It’s she right?
S:Yes!
区立杭:At last, the cat can’t catch the baby birds.
T:Good!
2、完成timetable,理清主要情节
(出示图片)
T:what’s this?
S:time table.
T:You are clever,It’s——
S:mother bird’s time table .
(听故事,完成学习单上的time table)
T:What do you do at nine thirty?
经典:We have a flying lesson(一边说一边坐着飞的动作。)
T:What a beautiful bird!
田舒涵:They have lunch in the afternoon.
3、轻快的chant巩固语言
(出示图片)
T:Who is the mother bird?
S:The big and red one.
T:where they live?
S:They live in a nest.
T:where is the nest?
S:It’s in the tree。
T:Read after me : live in a nest in a tree.

1、分情节练习表演故事
Scene 1
(小组练习对话 )
表演时刻:
(1)第一组
S(旁白):Mother Bird and her babies live in a nest in a tree.
肖蓁(baby birds):What time is it, Mum?
区立杭(mother bird):It’s nine thirty in the morning.It’s time to have your flying lesson.
肖蓁(baby birds):Flying lesson in the sky.
Flying lesson up so high.
Flying lesson so much fun.
Flying lesson baby birds like.
区立杭(mother bird):Great! You can fly now!
(表演很生动、可爱)
(2)第二组
陈之安(baby birds)、王豆豆(mother bird)(表演语言很流利)
Scene 2
(音频猫叫的叫声)
T:Who is coming?
S:cat。
T:What does he want ?
俞咏研:He want the baby birds。
(T示范读、表演、S练习)
Blue bird, yellow bird,

Eating baby birds is so much fun! Meow!

胡索瑞:。。。(很像在说相声,看来有表演才能在,哈哈。)

田舒涵:Be careful, Mimi!The cat wants to eat you!(表演出了紧张,大声的喊着)
单奕超:Be careful, Mimi!The cat wants to eat you!(怕惊动猫,担心的小声的喊着)

S:It’s one twenty in the afternoon. It’s time to have our lunch. Come along.
T:Who can act that happy cat?
沈卓尔:(一边读,一边满教室走起来,语言流利有节奏感,表演很有意思。)

2、演出整个故事
(小组练习,每个小组热烈的分工、练习、设计动作、排演,老师逐组指导)
表演时刻:
第一组(表演可爱又流畅)
刘昕悦(baby birds)、肖蓁(cat)、何博文(旁白)、区立杭(mother bird)
第二组(向来很有表演能力的杨思琪将cat演的活灵活现,增色不少。)

语言的习得,营造语言的氛围很重要。全英的课堂,迫使孩子们开口说——开口说英语。课文中儿歌式的段落,反复吟诵,十分有趣,极大调动学生们的兴趣。读者读故事,更演故事,在快乐的表演中,故事必然读懂,语言也已经脱口而出,学以致“说”了。
