注解： 
朗费罗（1807---1882）：生于美国波特兰，他一生写了大量的抒情诗和歌谣，如描写日常生活情景的《四月的一天》（An April Day）, 移植了传说故事的民歌《保罗•里维尔的夜奔》（Paul Revere’s Ride）等。由于这些作品拥有符合时代要求的主体思想，优美的韵律，通俗的语言，因此很受人们的欢迎。这首《人生礼赞》是他的代表作之一，不仅抒发了他对于人生的感受，还倡导了积极向上的生活态度和奋斗精神。这里选取的前面三节。
