英语美文：科比·布莱恩特（Kobe Bryant）写给篮球的最后的“情书”

 Kobe终于正式宣布退役了。北京时间2015年11月30日上午（美国当地时间11月29日），NBA巨星科比·布莱恩特（Kobe Bryant）在球员论坛（the players' tribune）上撰文，宣布本赛季将成为他个人职业生涯

的最后一个赛季。

　　以下是科比宣布退役的全文：

       Dear Basketball,

　　From the moment

　　I started rolling my dad’s tube socks.

　　And shooting imaginary

　　Game-winning shots

　　In the Great Western Forum

　　亲爱的篮球，从小时候我穿着老爸的直筒袜，假装着我在大西部论坛球馆投中制胜球的样子，

　　I knew one thing was real:

　　I fell in love with you.

　　我就清楚知道一件事情：我爱上你了。

　　A love so deep I gave you my all —

　　From my mind & body

　　To my spirit & soul.

　　我爱你如此之深，已奉献我的所有—从我的思想到我的身体，从我的精神到我的灵魂

　　As a six-year-old boy

　　Deeply in love with you.

　　I never saw the end of the tunnel.

　　I only saw myself

　　Running out of one.

　　六岁的我，深深的爱着你，我从没想过这段旅程结束时的样子，我只看到我自己在这条路上奔跑

　　And so I ran.

　　I ran up and down every court.

　　After every loose ball for you

　　You asked for my hustle

　　I gave you my heart

　　Because it came with so much more

　　But my body knows it’s time to say goodbye.
