这是一种北美的中餐馆为客人餐后提供的甜点
名叫Joy Luck Cookies
借名,为灾区人民祈福
材料:菜油75g,牛油75g,糖100g,鸡蛋2只,香草精油1/2茶匙,面粉125g,泡打粉1茶匙,苏打粉1/4茶匙,杏仁粉50g,花生粒
(没有菜油,用了橄榄油;杏仁粉在南京,没带到上海,所以多加50g面粉代替)

做法:
1 橄榄油,牛油和糖搅至软滑

2 滴入香草精油,拌入1个鸡蛋

3 筛入面粉、泡打粉和苏打粉,揉成面团

4 搓成一个个小圆球,有间隔地铺在烤盘上

5 表面扫上另一个鸡蛋搅匀的蛋液,中间轻压上半粒花生米
