    Vincent这几天和我还有Cutelady在家里玩的可欢了，哈哈，我们找到了一项新的运动，就是在家里打羽毛球，吃好晚饭，三个人现在不打牌了，确实大人和小孩都要运动。

 

    现代人整天在电脑前一坐就是一天，时间久了什么毛病都来了，年纪轻轻都是脂肪肝，高血脂，高血压，颈椎病，视力下降，免疫力下降。

 

    Tony近一年来也感觉电脑看的太多了，感觉体质明显下降，但是这个电脑吧一来上了隐以后很难诫掉，二来工作中确实好像经常要用电脑，但我已经决定要减少使用电脑的时间，花点时间适当锻炼还是必要的。

 

    这不，我们三人说行动就行动。其实是这样的，我们总在新年开始会制定很多计划，可是实行几天就坚持不了放弃了，所以我也觉得有计划马上行动才是硬道理啊哈哈。这个Vincent刚开始一点也不会打，学了两三天，不仅会发球了，还会劈头顶了，有几次我和Cutelady都成了他的手下败将，哈哈，他打的就更是不亦乐乎了说。

 

    前几天我家Cutelday感冒了，Vincent还真的比较懂事，到房间里给她搭搭额头，被子给她盖盖好，下班回来，还不忘问，妈妈你感冒好点了吗？哈哈，我家Cutelday很是感动，估计很少有孩子会这样做的吧哈哈，至少我小时候没有那么懂事。

 

    上个周末商场里真是热闹，由于折扣比较大，很多人都来血拼，哈哈，我们三个也去了，回来时我和Vincent都各自拿了一个大盒子，只有Cutelady最轻松，因为她买的东西最轻啊，哈哈，我们开玩笑说，三个人都买了自己最喜欢的礼物，都实现了自己的愿望，确实感觉不错的说哈哈！再过几天就是元旦了，又有放假了，再过一段时间就要过年了啊，开心，放假就是好，现在工作压力都很大，工作也都很辛苦，放假真好，可以和家人在一起，呵呵，不管是玩什么都很开心的说。

                   寒冷冬天清晨的咖喱牛肉面成了我早起的动力

 

    大家都喜欢吃面吧，我也喜欢，其实做好吃的面很是简单，关键是有好的汤料和筋斗的面条，以后我也给大家介绍我家里的几款经典的面条。大家都来晒晒各自家里的好吃的面条，那样平时的面条品种就会越加丰富了啊！

 

原料：牛肉片 牛肉汤　咖喱块 　青椒 　鸡蛋　 面条

步骤：1.先把鸡蛋放入水中，大火煮开后加点盐可以防止鸡蛋裂开，小火煮5分钟。

2.切好青椒。

3.热锅，稍微倒入点橄榄油。

4.放入青椒丝煸炒一下。

5.把一些煮好的碎牛肉也放入锅里炒一下。

6.放入煮牛肉后留下的汤水，不够可以再加点水。

7.放入咖喱块，如果两个人吃，半块就可以了，因为咖喱块非常咸的，所以还是

建议用咖喱粉。

8.面条事先一定要在滚水中烧一会后把水倒掉再用开水冲洗一边，去掉里面的碱。

 然后在放入这个汤水里稍微煮一会就可以了，这样更加入味。

9.把煮好的鸡蛋剥壳。

10.刀在火苗上烧热一下，一刀切下去会是很完整的两块鸡蛋，放入碗里就好了。
