正中高尔夫球会 Genzon Golf Club 前身是深圳中信绿色高尔夫球会,对所有会员征收会籍管理费，每人8--22万元不等，严重侵犯会员权利，香港会员200多人已经联合拒绝这种置会员权利不顾的严重侵权收费。后者于2006年，将球场转让给了前者。球会会员也已经从中信转换成正中会员，正中集团接受球场后，未经政府有关部门及会员同意，对球场进行改造，并违法建设会所。现又对全体会员征收会籍管理费，否则将取消会员资格。该行为是严重侵犯了会员的权益，属于严重侵权行为.请全体会员团结一致,拒绝缴交会籍管理费,并将正中违法侵权行为曝光,或上告到各级政府,严厉要求正中立即停止侵权行为

建议各位会员将正中的违法和侵权行为在各大媒体和网站披露，请各位网友来评论评论！特别是其违法行为，简直是对我国法律的践踏。

有會員向球會據理力爭，竟被球會視為恐嚇而收到警告信。在祖國開放的步伐下竟然有一間如此野蠻的機構，真是中国人的恥辱。

There's nothing relevant to impoliteness and respect in this forum. Members are only striving to protect their rights. For me, I am happy with the former 27 holes. The new owner reconstructs the club without any consultation. Fine, it is their own commercial decision. You have worked with the club for few years and you may know that all members have suffered from serious jam during the reconstruction. The new owner is now asking money from us. They requests me to pay 0.148 million RMB for upgrade or otherwise I have to pay a monthly membership management fee of 2,100 RMB and a monthly fee of 600 RMB. Besides, I have to pay another 148 thousand RMB and a transfer fee of 67.5 thousand RMB when I sell the membership. That is, together with my purchasing cost of 75,000 RMB,I have to sell my membership at more than 0.44 million to recover the total cost. Please look at the 2nd hand market. I can buy a much better membership at less than 0.3 million RMB in Shenzhen. The new owner seems using every mothod to force the old members to surrender their memberships even without a penny of compensation. As the new owner don't wish to fullfill the terms of the membership contract, members may resort to legal action against them though we don't want to see that.
