这个世界上没有什么是容易的，无论是生活，学习，工作，友谊，恋爱，结婚，——生病——甚至死亡......但你必须学会克制，用平常的心对待你周围发生的一切，即使是最坏的情况（虽然这是困难的），也不要太在意你周围发生了什么事让你不高兴（因为有些事情你无法改变），否则你会活得非常疲惫，你的生活也因此会变得很糟糕。

请记住，生活就像一条流淌的河流，转瞬即逝，无法重复，今天你有幸能活着醒来并有机会享受这一切，这是你生命的意义，你应该用一颗感恩的心去珍惜每一天的生活，换言之，没有激情的生活是苍白的，它和死亡没有什么区别！

NOTHING COMES EASY

Nothing is easy in this world, whether it be life, studies, job, friendship, love, marriage,--sick, or even death... but you must learn to exercise restraint, and with a common heart to treat everything happening around you, even the worst situation (although this is difficult), and also don't care too much about what happened around you unhappy (because some things you just can't change), otherwise you will live very tired, and your life will therefore become a mess.

Please remember, life is like a flowing river, fleeting will-not come again, today you fortunate enough to be able to wake up alive, and have the opportunity to enjoy it all which is the meaning of your life and your should with a thankful heart to cherish every day life, in other words life without passion is pale, and it is makes no difference and death!
