Throughout the history, male leaders often made the society more violent and conflicting. If women governed the world, it would be a more peaceful world.  To what extent do you agree or disagree?

这个题目最早是在06年的考试中出现，最近的学生都反应这个文章不好写，我大概写了一篇给大家参考。

但是这篇文章我自己的痕迹比较重，大家参考的时候要融入自己的风格。文章如人，值得好好体会。
 The whole world is controlled by few powerful people. They govern every aspect of our economic and political lives. Tired of thousands of years convulsion, some people assert that women leaders should appear on the scene and if they dominate the most powerful countries and companies, world peace will not be so far away from us. In my view, this is farfetched in many ways.
 
First of all, the effeminate characters of women may bring the world into a more dreadful situation.  Generally, women have the disposition to compromise. They , while falling across problems, incline to consult others and collect enough supportive statistics before making decisions. Thus, however, the best action timing may be missed. Take an overview of thousands of years human history, most of the substantial decisions are made with great insightful courage and unavoidable risk. For instance, Empress-Dowager Cixi, who was the actual archon of China in the late 19th century, facing the invasion of many foreign countries, chose to concede and lost the last chance to fight back, which resulted in 150 years suffering for the Chinese people.

Besides, peace proves to be a very complicated thing that has numerous contributing factors, among which the sex of the leaders is alway the last one we need to mention. More than 200 counties coexist in the world, let alone every country has more than one people. Different belief, race and religion along with the economic interest conflicting harden the disharmony during every single second. We need fortitudinous and brave leaders to guide us to breathe on the earth and this kind of heroes is alway acted by men. Without Lee Kuan Yew, Singapore would not win its independence from Malaysia and become the most stable country in the world. By contrast, women are too weak to be mentioned at this time.

Indeed, there exist some women leaders who could also bring peace to the world such as Queen Victoria of England and premier Angela Merkel of Germany, but they are just particular cases..Men will remain the dominators of the world. Besides, whether men or women to be the ruler is decided by the voters and they always have their own choices.
