这些照片是罗马尼亚记者1943年在敖德萨okkupirovanoy村拍摄俄，两个世纪前他们从德国曼海姆kollonistami 来此生活。

【历史小贴士】在十九世纪初，俄罗斯出现新移民浪潮，他们进入黑海地区，比萨拉比亚，克里米亚。这之前，叶卡捷琳娜二世在1763年7月22日的宣言奠定了德国移民的群众基础，允许外国人进入俄罗斯并定居在那里他们的愿望。宣言内容主要如下：“我们让所有的外国人都能进入帝国，并在我们所有的省都可以进入定居，无论他们如何希望。” “所有来到帝国解决问题的人都可以自由地按照自己的选择信仰。”“谁在荒无人烟的土地上居住30年免税，在其他领域免税为期5至10年。” 
移民浪潮持续到1796年凯瑟琳二世去世。在她的儿子保罗一世的统治下，移民被暂停，而且移民者课以新的重税。
十九世纪开始的Napolenovskaya战争，德国正处于法国统治之下，处于困难的经济形势下。在巨额税收的压力下，许多德国工匠和商人逃往奥地利的波兰。1808年，亚历山大一世颁布了“为外国农民提供物业援助和土地分配”的法令。俄罗斯掀起移民第二次浪潮中创造了敖德萨，赫尔松，Mykolayiv，叶加特林诺斯拉夫，蒂拉斯波尔，梅利托波尔，马里乌波尔附近的移民地，这是他们留在敖德萨地区的缘故。在十九世纪，形成Libentalsky Kuchurgan kolonistskie区传统的德国村庄社区：有路德教会中心或天主教，有自治功能的区域办公室，学校等。
