德国馆的内部设计受到非政治性的强调。没有一个希特勒的肖像，不像苏联馆里有许多斯大林肖像。sw was仅用作装饰品 - 墙纸上的丝绸，作为展览盒的背景，以及挂在挂架之间孔中的立面。此外，展览是反现代主义的 - 几乎没有照片，只有绘画和雕塑。据批评家说，设计师伏尔德马尔布林克曼的作品在内部装饰着吊灯，地毯和油画，就像十九世纪的沙龙。
