1912年9月8日到9月13日德军在德累斯顿和莱比锡之间的萨克森，进行了规模浩大的演习。
演习参加单位：两个撒克逊兵团，第三和第四普鲁士第9步兵师，第六军、第5军的一部分，炮兵步兵学校，1个巴伐利亚骑兵旅和支援部队。
“蓝色”方面有：49.5个营，64个中队，一个骑兵部队，划分多个战场。
“蓝色”方面：Wurzen
“红”方有61个营，65个中队，飞艇L-III（机库本子y）和2飞机，一艘飞艇等。
