西西伯利亚铁路的库兹巴斯地区提供85％的道路和整个俄罗斯联邦全部网络装载的16％。该路段服务于库兹涅茨克盆地最大的煤矿，矿山，矿山，冶金企业，强大的火力发电厂，化工和机械制造企业，俄罗斯50％以上的原材料和能源资源集中。从车站的分支机构出发，平均有7.5万辆煤车运送。铁路轨道的长度超过1600公里。
