Semen Osipovich Fridlyand是基辅的居民。他于1905年出生在一个鞋匠的家庭。他以记者身份开始了自己的职业生涯，但后来由于审查而离开了这个行业。但他认为，这些照片是创意的自由流派。自1925年以来，Fridland曾在着名的“Ogonyok”工作，他的照片今天很有趣。
