learned a lot of writing-skills in this way, so 

that I can write about almost anything easily. 

For example, I have not learnt medicine at 

all, but over the past more than ten years,

7. When you have insight, you may have 

inspiration within your sleeping 

But when you have no  insight, you may 

only stare at books all days. 

Once this issue is identified, it should be improved, 

such as cultivating interest, accumulating

experience,thinking from a different perspective, 

letting go of the problem, and going out for a walk. 

In short, how to view insight itself reflects 

whether we have scientific literacy.
