The Second Law Of Medical Science

A netizen gave his comment after he had read my

blogs:

TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is often effective ,

and WM (Western Medicine) is not effective for

everyone .

I replied : What you said is right !

In fact , partial effectiveness is an inherent feature of

medicine , no matter TCM or western medicine , and

there has never been any panacea , but only the

feature of "Partial Effectiveness ".

However , some pseudo scholars who always want

to ruin our TCM are particularly skillful at making

selective use of partial effectiveness of traditional

Chinese medicine to fire at our TCM in order to

destroy our TCM .

For example:

On the one hand , they often make use of some

invalid cases of our TCM to make trouble from

nothing to ruin our TCM .

But on the other hand , facing a large number of

invalid cases of western medicine , they even feel

no matter and take it for granted !

So , we should recognize that those pseudo scholars

are very skilled in using such means of cheat so that

we can issue "Bilk Qualification Certificate " to

them .

If you don't believe it , let's see how those guys deal

with effective cases of our TCM :

Actually , there are a large number of facts , in which

have used our TCM to treatment many diseases

effectively .

But when facing these facts , those pseudo scholars

who always want to ruin our TCM directly describ all

these facts as "Individual Cases " , "Anecdotes " or

"Personal Experience ", and assert that these facts

are meaningless to prove the curative effect , and all

facts are "Efficacy Hallucinations " !

What a rogue !

So , we should severely condemn such rogue acts ,

and at the same time , we should recognize that :

The partial effectiveness is an inherent feature of

drugs and this partial effectiveness also has very

important meaning.

That is , for the same disease , taking the same

drug is often effective only for some patients .

That is saying , we cannot ensure that all patients

with the same disease can get effective treatment

by the same drug .

Speak specifically , for the same disease , taking

penicillin may be lifesaving for some people ,

but deadly for others .

This is the very fact that the effectiveness of the

same drug for different patients is inconsistent ,

or even very different !

And even if the symptoms are same , the efficacy

may not be the same .

But at this time , we needn 't completely deny the

drug's effectiveness .

So , what we should do is to standardize the scope

of application , to refine the scope and mode of use

of the drug , to mandate skin test in advance , to

control dosage strictly , etc .

Thus , It can be seen that using the partial effectiveness

of traditional Chinese medicine to dig traps for our TCM

is a rogue behavior with no professional spirits .

Therefore , we can say it again:

In fact , "Partial Effectiveness " is an

inherent feature of drugs , no matter

traditional Chinese medicine or

western medicine .

And this is The Second Law Of Medical

Science !

And also , by applying this law , we can easily identify

any deception that is wandering in many medical discussions .
