The Eighth Law  Of Medical Science --- 2

In fact, such uncertainty cannot be avoided in disease
determination. The reasons are at least as follows:

1. Human body can never be equated with machine

Various  states of machines (including fault states) can
be enumerated , but  various  states of human body
cannot be enumerated.

At the same time, the types of diseases are limited.

All these have been causing a great uncertainty in
disease determination.

2. The relationship between various states of the
human body and diseases is not one-to-one.

In fact , almost every human state is polysemous.

For example, the relationship between headache
and hypertension:

Headache may be caused by insufficient sleep,
external stimulation, physical pressure, improper
eating habits, facial diseases, environmental factors,
taste stimulation, hypertension or brain diseases.

That is, one of the causes of headache may be
hypertension.

However, hypertension may not have any symptoms,
but may also lead to blurred vision, palpitations ,
loss of consciousness ,  nausea, headache, etc.

Therefore, it is best to determine the disease based
on a large amount of clinical experience, and only in
this way can the uncertainty be minimized

But even in this way, it is impossible to determine
without any risk of misjudgment.

Of course, any pig never thinks so.

3. Patients  often  suffer from complications or other
basic diseases at the same time, and some treatment
measures can also cause side effects.

So, all these increase the uncertain risk of disease
determination .

Therefore, whether TCM or western medicine, there
are some uncertainties in determining diseases , and
fuzzy matching will be applied intentionally
or unintentionally.

Perhaps some western medical doctors may insist
that only TCM can have this situation, and even say
that this situation is "uncertain in TCM "

But in fact, the same is true of Western medicine,
which often has "uncertainty".

It may be referred to as "fuzzy matching".

So far, we can elaborate the Eighth Law of Medical
Science.

the Eighth Law of Medical Science

Whether it is traditional Chinese medicine or
western medicine, there are more or less
uncertainties in judging diseases, so that fuzzy
 judgment may be inevitable.

However, it is the responsibility of doctors to
minimize the uncertainty and the risk of
misjudgment.

Oh,my God, it's the Spring Festival holiday now, so
let's have fun then:

I slightly changed the lyrics of the song "The Magic
of Love" sung by Kym, and sang:

Certain,
But still not certain
Olny Panic when find theory.

Seek when longing for it.
And see it in med-book
Then seems not be understood

And all doctors said
it is a little crooked
So,they are bother with it.
