Therefore, we should have the following basic knowledge

about scientific literacy:

1. The core of scientific literacy is to respect facts , not only

to look for ABCD in books.

In fact , disrespect for facts is a typical lack of scientific

literacy !

2. Book knowledge can be used to cultivate scientific

literacy , but it is only an introduction , but not the only

way to cultivate scientific literacy .

However, if someone only looks up books and does not

dare to face a large number of facts, it is a typical

manifestation of his lack of scientific literacy.

In fact, the way to cultivate scientific literacy is often to 

first establish the concept of "It is worse to believe in 

books than to have no book" ,  which is exactly the 

opposite of what said by those pseudo scholars who 

always want to ruin our TCM .

3. Whether a person has scientific literacy cannot rely on

self-flaunting.

So , no one has the right to proclaim himself as a scholar

with "scientific literacy " at first, and then scold others for

no scientific literacy.

And even more , it is not only no scientific literacy but also

no education to ignore a large number of facts and to use

 "scientific literacy " as a prop of mischiefs

4. A person who does not respect facts, especially a large

number of facts, must have no scientific literacy .

Maybe he has rich professional knowledge and has made

great achievements in his own profession. 

But all this expertise is just his tool, he can  use it to make

a living and to fool professional titles , which is also

understandable.

Unfortunately, this kind of pseudo scholars often ignore 

the facts, talk nonsense, and they often intentionally

 mislead others.

5. A person who does not respect facts, especially a large

number of facts, has no scientific literacy , so he is not

qualified to talk about scientific literacy, let alone judge

whether others have scientific literacy. 

Otherwise, it is the greatest pollution to scientific literacy.
