Why To Be Excessive Inferiority --- 1

Preface: This article is written for the protection of our 

TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).

Recently , I read a blog and was shocked:

I was surprised to find that many persons have no

self-confidence and extreme inferiority, which is not

desirable at all!

 The article quoted Mr . Arthur Henderson Smith's words, 

saying:

“Chinese people are confused, and they are used to

explaining facts by facts themselves.”

Mr. A·H·Smith also said that one of the reasons for this

result is that Chinese nouns have no case change. 

They have neither "gender" nor "case".

Such a view is really strange !

So, It is easy to refute this view：

1.  There is no principled error in discussing according to 

facts.

2. In fact, we rarely use a fact to explain the fact itself.

Because we have enough argumentation methods so

that we never lack what they have !

Of course, in oral language, we may only pay attention to how to tell others the meanings but ignore logical reasoning, which is just to meet the language efficiency in oral.

Actually, it is the same in their oral  :

They often only pay attention to oral efficiency 

so that few of them keep eyes on logics in oral.

And what the speaker said were just examples of our oral 

conversations.

3. Our Chinese does not have gender or case ,  but when

necessary, our language has enough methods to express

gender and case clearly so that we never need to use 

other languages for expressing gender or case.

Therefore, our language does not have any defects in 

this respect !

In a word, there is no reason that can cause our thoughts

to be confused!
