Dr BA Shusong, senior research fellow, the post-PhD graduate of Peking University, is the deputy  director-general of financial research institute, development research centre of State Council of P.R.China. He has rich experiences with the financial sector reforms, risk management of financial institute and regulation of financial market both theoretically and practically.

He is also special allowance expert of State Council of P. R. China, the mutual investment fund consultant for the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Financial Regulation Consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Occupational Pension Consultant for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. He is also .Council Member of Professional Examination Board (PEB) for the China Banking Regulatory Commission.

 Dr BA Shusong was the director of the Development and research Committee in Securities Association of China in 2002-2003. In 2000-2002, Dr Ba was the credit risk manager for the Bank of China (Hong Kong), the first overseas listed Chinese bank. Dr BA took active role in the restructuring and IPO of Bank of China (Hong Kong) limited in 2000-2002. After the IPO, Dr BA led the credit risk management team for the new listed. In 1999-2000, Dr BA work for the Bank of China head office as the asset-liability manager. In 1998-1999, Dr Ba was the manager of Hangzhou Branch of Bank of China.

   Dr BA is also an adviser to several securities companies, fund management companies and listed companies in China. Dr BA is the regular contributor to the internal reports to higher officials and financial media.  

   As a senior research fellow, Dr BA is the author of more than 200 research articles and 10 books in finance. Dr BA is also the professor in some famous universities.
