卡耐基有说过“一个人的成功15%靠专业知识,85%靠人际沟通”这句类似的话吗?

很早以前看过《人性的弱点》,仿佛记得卡耐基有说过“一个人的成功15%靠专业知识,85%靠人际沟通”这句类似的话。
人的本质是一切社会关系的总和。
德国人讲:Wer alleine arbeitet, addiert. Wer zusammen arbeitet, multipliziert. 一个人的努力是加法效应,一个团队的努力是乘法效应。中国人的文化也是人情文化。传统将“人和”看得与天时、地利一般重要。独学而无友,则孤陋而寡闻。益友且直且谅。曾子曰:“君子以文会友,以友辅仁。”
在现代社会中,通过人际沟通所建立起来的人际关系网,简称人脉,当然是人生一笔不可多得的财富。社会关系资源的共振、叠加效应,的确能帮助成功。 
但,人际交往、社会关系真的有85%这样,几乎是决定性的重要吗?情感与理智都极不甘愿向庸俗社会学妥协。
又或者,Dale Carnegie真的讲过这句话?原话是怎样的?会不会是以讹传讹?

网上搜索,百度之流的结果有些简陋粗鄙,甚至狗屁不通:
According to Dale Carnegie, a man's success 85% is interpersonal relationship and 15% technology.
According to Dale Carnegie, the factors contributing to success are relationship that accounts for 85%, and technology or skill that accounts for 15%.
The success of a person, 85% relies on interpersonal relationship, 15% depends on skill.

Bing、Google渠道提供的Dale Carnegie Quotes原文,就具体多了,点明原话所指是针对工程技术领域,而且影响的是财务成功:

有翻译比较到位的,据称,戴尔·卡耐基讲:“一个人的财富约有15%来自于知识和技术,85%取决于人类工程——发表自己意见的能力和激发他人热忱的能力”。

可能出自1918年卡内基技术学院the Carnegie Institute of Technology (aka the Carnegie Mellon College of Engineering)出版的Forbes article: Intelligence Is Overrated: What You Really Need To Succeed,作者Keld Jensen。
也可能源自卡内基基金The Carnegie Foundation1918年出版的A Study of Engineering Education, 作者Charles Riborg Mannthe。
回答者同时表明态度——这句话的确出自100年前的工程学/工程教育调研文章,但观点有待商榷;其实,人际关系与知识技术都很重要,互为表里,不可偏废……

Developing both your human relationship and technical skills is important if you want to excel in any endeavor.  Focus too much on the technical, and you risk losing touch with what causes people to listen to you.  Focus too much on sales and communication, and you risk becoming an empty shell (maybe a pretty shell, but with nothing valuable inside)
We humanoids are interesting.
However only “Financial Success” is discussed in above statement. It refers to the financial growth of an entity measured by increase in the financial value over the period of time.
Considering the part statement “personality and ability to communicate, negotiate and lead”……
