刚刚复习完心理学回来，已是凌晨一点。看到一条新闻说耶稣将降临世界，所以今天是世界末日。我看了下发表日期是5月21号，我现在已经是5月22号了，哎呀，一不小心把世界末日错过啦，这怎么对得起教皇同学呢。

另一件事是靠谱的，心理学里面有一段话我觉得写的很好，与大家分享：

It is important to combat these destructive and ill-conceived stereotypes-and to humanize the face of mental illness. Specifically, psychologists prefer not to speak of someone as "a depressive" or "a schizophrenic," as though the person had no identity beyond the disease. Indeed, we speak of a patient as "someone suffering from depression" or "a person with schizophrenia," never losing track of the fact that people-no matter what their diagnosis-have an identity, value, and dignity.

直译的话是以下：

与这样不当、消极的称呼抗争和把精神疾病赋与人情是很重要的。具体来讲，心理学家不会把病人称作“一个抑郁症”、“一个精神病”， 因为如果这样的话，疾病就代表了他的整个人。我们更应该称呼一个病人为“正在遭受抑郁症折磨的人”、“一个得了精神分裂症的人”，不论他的病有多重，永远不忘记，作为一个人，他有身份、价值和尊严。
