说起“稻香湖”，总能钩起一些回忆在里面。高一时，全班郊游，骑自行车，去苏家陀的鹫峰。当时真是年轻，从海淀区的八里庄全班骑了3个多小时，到鹫峰，接着爬山。下了山，大家意犹未尽，打听周围还有什么去处，听过有个稻香湖，风景不错，于是杀奔稻香湖。到了湖区已经是下午6点，划船比赛。回到了学校，晚上十点了，不少家长已经到学校找人，并惊动了校长大人。回来的中途终于有人体力不支，北京话“谭了”。

      现在，我们曾经去过的地方，建了一座酒店：稻香湖景酒店,路也拓宽了，不再是乡间的林荫小路，只是湖景依稀能看到当年的形状。

    去酒店的路现在也非常好走，从北清路往东，稻香湖路口北转即是。北清路是郊区公路中少见的高标准干道，东起辛庄桥，西至北安河。20多公里沿线的南北两侧，坐落着航天城、生命科学园、永丰基地、软件园、创新园、环保园、国际教育园、中关村文教基地8个充满创新活力的科技园区，是不折不扣的智慧之路。
