安顺廊桥位于府南河上,与合江亭遥相呼应.当年《马可.波罗》游记中记载道：“城中有一条大河，有的地方有八百米宽。河上有一座巨型的桥梁，有大理石的桥柱和漂亮的顶棚。桥两边是热闹的街市，每天过桥的人川流不息。过桥是要收费的，皇帝陛下每天从桥上可以收到一百个金币（折合罗马金币）.”看来,过路过桥费,自古有之啊.

   桥侧隔滨江路就是今年4月份即将开业的成都香格里拉饭店.占据的位置极好,两座楼分座在廊桥的两侧,看来是认定这里将成为成都的外滩.
