这个专业的解释：Designs, develops, modifies, documents, tests, implements, installs and supports software applications and systems.

software engineer是新政后EA（澳洲工程师协会）归还给ACS（澳洲技术机协会）的职业，一般情况下，EA的评估比ACS要难一些。

对于261312 Developer programmer和261313 Software engineer这两个职业的界定，职业评估协会和移民局均没有给出更多的解释和说明，但从目前评估的情况看，往往工作和课程涉及到的基础编程比较多一些，更有可能评估到261312 Developer programmer；而如果工作和课程偏向架构设计多些，更倾向于设计，文档的工作，那么评估261313 Software engineer更合适(只要你在澳洲学的本科或者硕士是属于软件工程都可以直接评估)。

    263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer

    一般学计算机网络及系统课程都可申请此评估。

PS:哪个专业适合哪个职业的移民评估,请根据这篇文章去官网上研究专业的具体课程设置,甚至可以email ACS,最好不要email 学校,一般收信的那个人是不懂的,你的信也到不了懂的那个人手上,因为基本学校没有人懂,这是移民和职业评估的信息,所以最好发给ACS.
