购物休闲的步行街就见多了，美食步行街就很少听说，现在南宁有了首个大型餐饮美食步行街啦，以后想吃美食，到龙腾里食街逛，应该是像航洋这种大商场一样的室内干净的店铺，确实有创意。

7月30日上午，位于龙腾路19号的大型商业综合体龙腾里食街金铺新品正式销售，来自广西各地的几百名嘉宾见证了启动仪式，还有很多闻讯而来的市民在排队认购，场面火爆。据介绍，龙腾里食街是西乡塘政府的重点工程项目，是由广西粮油食品南宁公司和广西万家诚投资有限责任公司合作投资开发的大型商业综合体，将打造成为北大商圈的一站式吃喝玩乐购的大型餐饮美食步行街，也目前招商已完成了80%，部分商家也已经进驻开业，龙腾里未来势必成为区域商业中心的领导者。龙腾里食街总建筑面积5.9万平方米，现铺总价仅8万起，5年返租50%， 6年还可以无理由让开发商回购。

广西万家城从九十年代中期开始在广西投资，先后投资创办了东兴浙江商业城、东兴浙江商业城房地产公司、东兴浙江商业城大酒店、南宁绿都大酒店、田阳金百林水泥厂等十多家企业，总资产达5个多亿，成功开发建设房地产项目高达近百万平方米。成功案例有：金桂花园、南湖国际广场、 碧水天和等项目。

南宁龙腾里食街金铺新品隆重首发活动当晚还举行了一台答谢入驻龙腾里食街商家、准商家文艺晚会，专业文艺团体在盛夏时节为大家奉献了一台文化大餐。
