南宁终于天冷了，可以大吃特吃火锅了。听说在全国开了700家分店的0048香辣虾在南宁新朝阳3楼开分店了，我当然要去吃看看啦。

很久没去新朝阳了，12月5日晚上来到这里，感觉热闹了很多，楼上的餐馆生意都很好哦，要排队等候。一出电梯，就看到《0048》香辣虾南宁主题餐厅了，因为新开的，有很多优惠，白天来才48元一锅，还有德国汉堡原酿啤酒在12月27号前可以免费喝，怪不得那么多人啦。

装修很有情调，装修时尚、简约，船桨、救生圈、海轮等等海的主题随处可见，墙壁还有很大的卡通虾的造型，以及一些好玩的文字，可见老板是很用心的在营造一种用餐环境，反正坐在这里感觉很新鲜。

去南宁3楼的吃饭，是一个先吃干锅，后涮火锅，先吃后涮，一锅两吃为主题的餐厅。0048香辣虾倡导的是干锅+火锅的吃法，是一锅两吃为主题的餐厅，也就是先吃干锅，后涮火锅，先吃后涮。火锅以基围虾为主料，现代医学证实，基围虾营养价值极高，能增强人体免疫力和性功能，补肾壮阳，抗衰老，常食之，可治肾虚、胃寒、体倦、腰膝酸疼。

除了虾，这里还有鸡翅、排骨、猪蹄、蟹、牛蛙等辅料分别做的干锅，分别是极品香辣虾、美味鸡翅虾、香辣排骨虾、香辣鱿鱼虾、香辣牛丸虾等各式干锅品种。

据说这0048香辣虾起源于元朝顺帝天历年间，由48位巴蜀名厨打造，选用当归、党参、冬虫夏草、花椒等48为中草药入味，在经过48道秘制工序打造而成，48秒即刻出餐。

我们先要一锅招牌的极品香辣虾，再要一锅虾兵蟹将，还要了鱼头火锅。这香辣虾秘制搭配的新鲜活虾色泽金黄，外酥里嫩，还辅以韩式小年糕外焦里嫩，香脆可口，再加上黄瓜等配菜，采用特殊工艺烹制，真是口味麻辣、鲜香味美。吃完干锅，服务员加入独家秘制锅底和汤水，我们烫一些鲜料，味道真的不错，吃完干锅吃火锅，暖暖的。
