很多朋友跟我说，上次看到我写南宁仙葫五合大道跃进水库的德福庄园，那么漂亮地方、那么多好吃的，所以都去玩了。对于我这个爱玩的人来说，那么近的一个好玩的地方，有空就想再去，所以时隔不到一个月，11月14日，我又去德福庄园玩了。

与上一次来，这里有了变化，下车后发现，虽然是阴天，但是水库显得更平静了，环湖的一排排的树开满金灿灿的花，钓鱼的人很多，倒影在水中，湖光山色格外的美。

当天的游客和食客太多了，幸好德福庄园开业后，新建的观水台已经投入使用，完全可以多开20多桌。厨房前，6只烤鹅、N多的竹筒饭正在烤着，看到都想吃。走到那边的土窑区，土窑鸡、土窑红薯刚好出炉，都是我爱吃的。

德福庄园还新开了一个腐竹坊，现场做腐竹，真是第一次看到。这腐竹的做法很简单，就是让豆浆静放7、8分钟，表面上就会结一层皮，师傅撩起这层皮挂起来，凉一下就是腐竹了。这原生态的腐竹可以打火锅，做凉拌。11月24日，自治区食品药品监管局公布今年第三季度餐饮环节食品安全抽检结果，抽检的食品中，进百批次不合格，包括海鲜、禽肉被检出违禁药品，腐竹被检出“吊白块”等。俗称的“吊白块”也就是“甲醛次硫酸氢钠”，是一种强致癌物质，对人体的肺、肝脏和肾脏损害极大。这是生产过程中违规添加的，为的是让腐竹看起来更白，吃起来更筋道。所以大家对食品安全更加担忧。

而在德福庄园这里可以看着师傅做腐竹，一目了然，老工艺制作，腐竹不追求白、有劲道，当然很放心。腐竹坊还做现磨的黑豆豆腐，凰珍有机紫玉淮山汁，给食客更多的选择。这凰珍有机紫玉淮山是广西唯一得到有机认证的生态食品，吃着也是绝对放心了。

当天是德福庄园开业后的第一个周末，园区请来四大伟人模仿秀助兴，还有著名书法家现场挥毫，所以现场特别热闹，我还碰到了几年没见的朋友，她带着10多个同事来这里打牌吃饭，点的菜都是我上次写的烤鹅、茉莉花煎蛋、炒莲藕尖，还有竹筒饭、土窑鸡等等，都说好吃哦。

等我们吃饭的时候，因为没有打电话预定，又来得晚，这里的特色菜我们没有吃到，就吃炒菜吧，反正农家乐的菜肯定不错的。先喝凰珍有机紫玉淮山汁，颜色漂亮又养生。凉拌腐竹特别好吃。黑豆做的豆腐，拿来煎，外酥里嫩的，这样的做法我也是第一次吃，真不是一般豆腐可比的。一下子全部被吃完了，可见它们都很受欢迎哦。石榴花炒肉我也是第一次吃，很新奇，石榴红飞一下水，再炒，很脆，带甜味，口感特别好。还有炒带皮羊肉，有嚼头。

吃完饭，我们又开车去逛跃进水库，这时，天上露出蓝蓝的脸，水天一色。丰收的稻田倒影水中，美就一个字。总觉得，每一次来到跃进水库和德福庄园，都有意外的惊喜，真是周末好去处。

旅游、美食攻略：

1. 公交车：703路，可直达水库路口；

2. 自驾车：

（1）琅东上高速，五合出口出（5元过路费），往右走2公里过了五合社区即可看到德福庄园的招牌；

（2）民族大道--仙葫--五合大学城，左拐进入五合大道，一直走，直到看到德福庄园宣传牌才右拐进来。从琅东收费站到庄园约11公里。另外，百度地图有五合社区、德福庄园的，可以按着路线走。
