白石山景区是世界地质公园，是这次我参加的同程网白石山验客活动的的第二站，也是此行主要游览的景点。

9月27日一早，我们离开蔚县，前往保定涞源县，先到汤臣宾馆放下行李，然后马上去白石山风景区。白石山雄踞八百里太行山的最北端，位于涞源县城南15公里，因山上很多白色大理石而得名。我走在悬崖栈道上时，经常会发现面前的峰丛泛着白光，那些就是裸露在外的大理石。

白石山方圆辽阔，最高峰海拔2096米，所以为了节省体力，9点半我们坐缆车上山，中间还坐了山间的另一处缆车，即便这样，我也在山中走了近8个小时。

下了缆车，开始在群山间徒步，我们选择的路是下行的道路，也就是在山中间走，回来就在山顶上走，应该说这样是“先难后易”、“先苦后甜”。白石山地貌奇特，绝对称得上雄伟、奇峻、刺激。这里的“路”大多是在峭壁上修建的栈道，远处看去可谓惊心动魄，也着实感叹当年建造的艰辛和大胆。白石山风景区最著名的是这里有两条玻璃栈道，最新一条是今年9月才开放的。按我们这样的路线走，一直走阶梯下去，确实比较轻松，一路上，看到的是山体险峻，峰林、怪石形态各异，像动物、像金字塔、像人、像石柱等等，绝壁则如刀削斧劈，异常笔直，不由得让人感叹大自然的鬼斧神工。

走这条线路看到的玻璃栈道是今年开放的第二条，远远看去，这玻璃栈道就建造在一座山的绝壁中间，很惊险的感觉。要走到玻璃栈道还有很远的下山路呢。越是靠近它，越是感到兴奋，毕竟我是第一次见到玻璃栈道，其实我喜欢这种冒险的感觉，去年春节到西双版纳的望天树景区，我就特别去走建在50、60多米的望天树顶上的“空中走廊”。走在玻璃栈道上，看着脚下的万丈深渊，真的是紧张惊险，是挑战自我的最佳选择。看到有些人走在玻璃栈道上很胆怯，我其实一点都不怕，属于很享受的那一种。因为我这个比西双版纳望天树上的空中走廊好多了，虽然两种玩法都是可以直接看到脚下极深，但是空中走廊可是铁索桥，只有一尺多宽，晃动着走更让人害怕。所以玻璃栈道虽然看到下面深不可测的悬崖，不过很容易就适应了，很喜欢这样的惊险刺激。
