昨晚（12.8），2011年第四届广西地产人节住朋奖颁奖盛典在南宁五象大酒店举行，在逾千名到场的地产界佼佼者的共同见证下，主办方颁发了“住朋奖”三大奖项：2011“广西十大营销精英”、“广西十佳置业顾问”、“广西十佳楼盘”年度大奖。

2011年第四届广西地产人节住朋奖颁奖盛典的主题为“飞跃·绽放”，获奖的是：广西荣和集团营销副总监梁于里、广西人和投资有限公司副总经理陈丽莉、广西保利置业集团总经理助理文予倩等2011“广西十大营销精英”以及荣和大地郑玲玲、万昌•邕江明珠林喆、民发•大观天下**等2011“广西十佳置业顾问”，最终获得住朋奖首度颁出的20个“足金吉祥猪”大奖；盛天东郡、瀚林美筑、荣和MOCO社区等十座楼盘则摘得代表广西楼盘至上荣耀的2011“广西十佳楼盘”年度大奖。

“住朋奖”评选活动自11月1日起启动网络投票，引起了社会和业界的热烈反响，社会各界积极参与投票，截止11月20日网络投票结束，共有逾百万网友参与了第四节地产人节“住朋奖”的网络投票。继而结合专家评审，最终评选出住朋奖“广西十大营销精英”、“广西十佳置业顾问”、“广西十佳楼盘”三大奖项。
