摘要：文章采用案例归纳分析、推理演绎等方法，讨论了碳汇生态产品的来源、载体和价值基础，探究了碳汇价值实现主要模式及其作用机制、应用前景，研究了相关政策支持路径。结果表明：碳汇属于“气候调节”类生态产品范畴，其承载于各类自然资源，并以效用和劳动为价值基础，具有自然参与、经济收益、经济稀缺等特征；碳汇生态产品的典型价值实现模式，包括生态补偿、指标交易、碳汇交易、价值提升、碳公益、特许经营和碳金融等。应从科学机理、产权建设、核算方法学等方面入手，完善碳汇生态产品价值实现相关制度，为实现我国碳达峰、碳中和目标提供管理支撑。

Basic Framework and Value Realization of Carbon Sink Ecological Products

Abstract: Applying the methods of case induction and analysis, reasoning and deduction, the paper discusses the source, support and value basis of carbon sink ecological products, explores the main mode of carbon sink value realization, its action mechanism and application prospect, and studies the relevant policy support path. The results show that: Carbon sinks belong to the category of ecological products of "climate regulation", which carries all kinds of natural resources, takes utility and labor as the value basis, and has the characteristics of natural participation, economic benefit, economic scarcity and so on; Typical value realization modes of carbon sink ecological products include ecological compensation, index trading, carbon sink trading, value promotion, carbon public welfare, franchising and carbon finance. Starting from the aspects of the scientific mechanism, property right construction and accounting methodology, we should improve the relevant systems of the value realization of carbon sink ecological products, and provide management support for implementation China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
