摘要：美国高度关注关键矿产资源的安全保障。近几十年来，美国制定一系列政策法规保障资源安全，并根据经济社会和产业发展需要对政策不断加以完善，同时制定相关战略和计划、组建相关机构，逐步形成美国关键矿产资源供应链安全框架体系。我国可借鉴美国经验，从加强科技创新支持、全方位拓展国际合作、拓展关键矿产上下游产业链、加强专业人才培养等方面着手，加强关键矿产供应链安全保障。

Evolution of Key Mineral Policies and Strategic Measures in the United States

Abstract: the United States attaches great importance to the security of key mineral resources. In recent decades, the United States has formulated a series of policies and regulations to ensure resource security, and continuously improved the policies according to the needs of economic, social and industrial development, in the meanwhile, it has formulated relevant strategies and plans, and established relevant institutions, then the United States has gradually formed a security framework system for the supply chain of key mineral resources. China can learn from the experience of the United States to strengthen the security of the supply chain of key minerals by strengthening scientific and technological innovation support, comprehensively expanding international cooperation, expanding the upstream and downstream industrial chain of key minerals, and strengthening the training of professionals.
